Well this one has twice as much, but only one fourth of the monthly allowed transfer, meaning that if you fully use the space you get, not more than three visitors would be able to view all the content you provide before you reach your transfer limits, and that doesn’t seem very nice. However, it’s unlikely that each visitor will ever view an entire 300MB of content on one visit, and even more unlikely that you’ll fill up all that space with the current filesize limits. One good thing about this host is that the filesize limits are bigger than the ones on most free hosts, and you won’t have any trouble uploading images, audio or other larger files. The border goes somewhere around videos, but you can always host those at youtube, so no worries.
