FAQ

CashYouLater

Q – May I use one of your articles on my website?
A – Sure, all works published here are released under Creative Commons 3.0. In short, you may use anything written on this website for non-commercial purposes as long as this site is mentioned within the context.

Q – May I use a certain graphic or layout object on my website?
A – Sure, the same license applies for both text and images posted here. Note however that I do not own rights for all the pictures posted. All the company brands and logos you see I do not retain rights for posting. Since I am promoting the company by posting these images I hope they do not hold a grudge against me for this act.

Q – Can I have my ____ featured on your site?
A – If it’s related to this site material, and if it has not been published anywhere else online earlier, send it in. I am also interested in material without any reserved rights that have previously been online but are no longer there, it’s a shame if good writing just disappears and is forgotten.

Q – How much money do you make on CashYouLater?
A – Not enough to pay for all server costs. :/ If you dedicate yourself to a project you will have much greater chances of prominent economical gains however.

Q – What inspired you to start this website?
A – I’ve been reading other peoples blogs on quick ways towards cash for sometime. One day a catchy name popped into mind and I couldn’t resist snatching the domain. Note that CashYouLater was available for all domain name extensions back when I registered it, this is the original. ;) Aside from the name, money has always inspired me.

Q – I would like to affiliate, would you be interested in exchanging links?
A – All websites with similar content as that of CashYouLater can be featured on the Links page. You will have no obligation to link back to me, but I appreciate it if you do. Further requirements are that your website has been around for over 1 year and is updated on a monthly basis at minimum. If you have a site you would like listed, or know of one that is worthy of mentioning, please, let me know.

Q – One of your links no longer works!
A – Let me know about it and I’ll make sure it redirects here.

Q – A commenting system would be nice.
A – It’s been mentioned, and it has existed. But surely you have better things to do than respond to the writings posted here? I certainly have better things to do than respond to comments, even the interesting ones. ;) If you have feedback, you can reach me by email.

Q – What does the “Tabbage” block in the sidebar do?
A – This section displays a list of keywords related to various posts. The more popular the keywords are, the bigger the text size. Only the most used keywords are listed.

Q – What does the video block in the sidebar do?
A – It displays a chosen video from YouTube, related to cash, is embedded here. This block doesn’t serve much function, and is here solely for the purpose of entertainment.

Q – What does the “External” block in the sidebar do?
A – This section displays a list of most recent posts from a chosen website on the links page. You will move away from CashYouLater upon clicking a link.

Q – Why should I visit CashYouLater when there are so many other great moneymaking blogs online?
A – We won’t run out on you.

General

Q – If you could give me one piece of good advice about making money online, what would you say?
A – Be patient. If you don’t get what you want immediately, it doesn’t mean you are doing it wrong, just stay on track and don’t lose hope too easily.

Q – Seriously, is it possible to make a living online?
A – Yes. Many people do. Some of the largest corporations today are based entirely on the Internet, as are many smaller businesses and even non-commercial communities or projects that rely on ad-based income or other exchanges of information/knowledge.

Q – Should I quit my real job and dive into the future now?
A – No, don’t give up anything before you are certain that this is the true path for you. Not everyone is suited for the world of online commerce and exchange. Most people earning money online do so in a very small scale. I should also point out that this blog will not provide you with the resources or information needed to dedicate your entire being towards an online present, I simply post things that can help you save money or earn a little extra.

Q – Should I take a loan to kickstart my plans?
A – I recommend you start up slow and explore your ideas. If they prove to be a hit from the start it might be time to invest, but don’t risk more than you are prepared to lose.

Q – I stumbled upon this website called ____ that provided me with an amazing offer which lets me start a successful online business within days that will pay me at least $50,000 per month! And it only costs $25, should I go for it?
A – When online, be wary. The offer may be fake, or not, but there is most definitely a catch somewhere. Read the fine print, search Google for reviews and comments on the specific website, think it through. NEVER jump an offer that just seems too food to be true.

Q – Do you believe that the internet is the future?
A – No. I believe it has been an accepted part of our daily lives that we take for granted, but that it will be hard to sustain such a technology in a world where resources are running out on us faster than we can say “Help”. However, we are living in the present, and in the present and probably for a long time to come, internet is an invaluable resource for marketing and commercial benevolence.

Blogging

Q – How do I become a successful blogger?
A – You need to be dedicated, you need to speak about something you know much about, and you need to do it right. No typos, speak to the users, promote your blog & promote your blogs when writing them. You’ll find a lot of great tips at Problogger.

Q – Should I sign up for Blogger or for Wordpress?
A – The ultimate alternative is to have your own domain, a personal domain brings you recognition that you can never even dream of getting while using a free blogging service. Sure, it costs money, but if you are dedicated to your cause it will pay off in the long run, you will also have the change of modifying your blog in any manner possible. This does not have to require programming knowledge, most hosts provides you will pre-installed scripts that you can have up and running within minutes, and with a control panel even better than the free blog services you mentioned above. As for the question you asked? I’d say Wordpress, it’s a platform I have grown to love, and one that is available both open source and as service-hosted community.

Q – Come on, what’s the grand secret to blogging successfully!
A – The secret is using “secret” a lot in your blog titles, visitors seem to be mysteriously drawn to such titles. Like: “The secret behind successful blogging online”. Remember though, there is no secret, it’s simple as pie, if you write often, and write good blogs, and promote your blogs, and offer something users need or want, you’ll get far.
